Originally created by Vaslav Nijinsky for the choreography and Igor Stravinsky for the music, and after more than 100 years of existence and hundreds of diverse, varied, and often original choreographic interpretations, Blanca Li takes up the challenge alongside Abd Al Malik and David Grimal of tackling this work that marked a major artistic turning point in the history of dance. We wish to give Notre Sacre a totally contemporary dimension connected to our world today. Performances on April 12 and 13, 2024 at the Philharmonie de Paris.
